Tower 2 – Sofitel Hotel (5–star)
Operated by Sofitel Hotel this building is 203 m² tall, has three basements, a ground floor, mezzanine and 47 floors (including MEP).

There are 350 parking spaces in the basement and 55 on the ground floor.

Tower 2 has a total GFA of 37,805.5 m² on a plot area of 5,320 m² and there is a total of 426 rooms.
