Marina Mix Com 50 is an office building comprises with 3 basements + Ground and 22 office floors in Lusail City. The total plot area is approximately 4,111 m² and the building coverage is 2,283 m² with a total built-up area of 41,503 m².

The project is designed as per Qatar Sustainability Assessment System (QSAS) 2-stars standards as the proposed green city in Lusail shall utilize underground tunnels, which carry water pipes to provide cooling to the building in an environmentally friendly and energy efficient manner.

RC AL MANA’s scope of work includes the structural and civil works, MEP, façade, landscaping and fit out of public areas.
